Who We Are
This website is operated by Rhapsody of Realities Australia. We are a non-profit religious organisation distributing the Rhapsody of Realities daily devotional. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how it’s handled, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What We Collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- Name, email, phone number and message, when you use our contact form
- Email address, when you request a free ebook download
- Name, billing and delivery address, email, phone, and (optionally) church/organisation name, when you place an order
- Payment is processed by Stripe — we do not see or store your card details
- General browsing data (pages viewed, device/browser type, approximate location) via Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and the Facebook Pixel, each of which sets its own cookies — see “Cookies & Analytics” below
How We Use It
We use your information to process and deliver your order, respond to enquiries, send the ebook you requested, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Cookies & Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4), Microsoft Clarity, and the Facebook Pixel to understand site usage. These services may set cookies and collect data about your visit; each operates under its own privacy policy (Google, Microsoft, and Meta respectively). You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Who We Share It With
We share order and payment information with Stripe solely to process your payment. We do not otherwise share your personal information with third parties except where required by law.
Your Rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal obligation we have to keep order records.
