Given the low cost of each copy and that Rhapsody of Realities is intended for onward distribution, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us at info@rhapsodyofrealities.au or 0420 879 054 and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded by agreement.
Order Changes
Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. If you need to change an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
